How to preview a created chatbot. #

After you build a bot, preview it as if you are the end-user.

If you are ready to test your build chatbot, just follow these easy steps! 👇

Steps:

Go to the chat builder

  1. Click on the “Preview” button on the top right of the chatbot studio to open the Chat HTML client.

2. A new screen opens with the preview of the build bot. You can select the preview options for various devices.

3. You can preview the chat flow for phone, tablet, laptop, desktop and new tab.
