There are some factors that can affect your chat SEO (Search Engine Optimization): the name of your chat, the Custom URL and the Meta tags.

(1) Name #

The name of your chat affects your chat SEO.

(2) Custom URL #

The Custom URL affects your chat SEO. 

Please read Chat Options to learn how to set up the Custom URL of your chat.

(3) Meta tags #

Adding Meta Description to a chat to increase SEO value.

Step 1: #

Go to the chat builder.

Click the “Customize” button on the left side of the page to access the “Chat Customization” form. 

Step 2: #

The “Chat Customization” form appears. 

(Q1) In the “SEO” tab you can write a Meta description for your chat.

(Q2) Click “Update“.
